These sessions offer a powerful blend of conscious connected breathwork, gentle bodywork, and transpersonal exploration—designed to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your authentic self.

Before booking, please take a moment to read the contraindications to ensure this practice is safe and supportive for you.

Each class lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes the use of immersive headphones, creating a deeply personal and individual experience for every participant.

Suitable for beginners and experienced breathers

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an eye mask (I have spare) and journal if you wish.

This session offers a safe, somatic approach to gently release stored trauma, anxiety, and emotional tension held in the body. Using conscious connected breath and immersive sound, you’ll be guided to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and clarity. No talking, just breath. No pressure, just presence. Suitable for all levels.
