Why Breathwork?
Every runner knows the power of rhythm. But what if you could train your breath to improve oxygen efficiency, boost stamina, and help your body recover faster?

What to Expect
This is a practical, immersive workshop — you won’t just listen, you’ll breathe:
60 minutes of guided, active breathwork practice
Tools you can use before, during, and after runs
All you need is a quiet space (with no disturbances), headphones, and somewhere comfortable to sit and lie down.
